Lombard Plaza Motel - San Francisco

The hotel was in an ideal location, close to public transport.

Honestly no complaint. Exceptionally comfortable place, free parking, excellent staff. Air-conditioned hotel unit on the upper level. Excellent and perfectly comfortable location in San Francisco, close enough to trams to centre of San Francisco, and the tourist attractions. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a vast park.

The room was clean, but the parking lot was difficult to maneuver.

It was a very good motel for this price. I had to pay only 51 usd for one night (with all the taxes). This a very good price for a room in San Francisco, in the Lombard Street. It is close to Fisherman's Wharf, and to the center, we went there by walking, but the public transportation is also very good. We got a newly renovated, clean room, free parking, microwave oven, fridge, king size bed. The staff was helpful. I have read bad reviews about this motel before going there, so I was a little afraid, but fortunately it was a perfect (and cheap) choice to see San Francisco.

The only inconvenience was that the free wireless did not work during our stay, so we had to find an internet cafe nearby. The Lombard Street is a bit noisy (but that is natural in street with so heavy traffic).

Excellent and good location in San Francisco, adjacent to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Updated and perfectly clean unit with a nice bathroom...

Near bus stop if you're a tourist like me

Towels were old, so don't expect soft n fluffy. Surprised no iron, nor hairdryer or even coffeemaker in room for the price paid.

Everything, including staff was filthy.

Had parking slots and close to the sea side on San Francisco Bay. Heating and airconditioning in the room.

The hotel builiding and yrd was worned out, old and very bad condition, however the rooms inside were ok. Houesekeeping could be more improved (some dirt and hair left from the previous guests or from the cleaners but weren't removed during our 3 days stay). Not enough towels in the room, however when we asked for more the receptioninst gave them without saying a word.

I stayed here for three nights and was amazed at how conveniently located it is, being within walking distance to the Golden Gate Bridge and the beautiful Marina area where you can stroll along the waterfront. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We had a perfectly clean room with bathroom. The stuff was incredibly kind and amazingly nice and created charming atmosphere. Also, location was marvellous and decent, within walking distance of Marina Theatre.

Clean facilities, large well-maintained rooms with good amenities. Easy access to local restaurants and attractions, including a 20-minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf.

The traffic noise from Lombard Street can be noticeable during the day, potentially affecting relaxation. Some rooms might have issues like falling trim and mildew stains, which indicate maintenance could be better.

Just a decent location and free parking. Otherwise is a bad choice. Extremily dirty and the staff is a joke.
